Colour printed portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on what we would call the obverse, but Krause states to be the reverse. The other side features a St. George and dragon design. The denomination Sika appear not to be an official one in Ghana, and Krause does list these as medallic coinage. The attractive portrait is spoiled in our opinion, by the fact that this coin was struck in 9 carat (37.5%) gold.
