Help! Need identification of this provincial Ae of Julia Domna (obv) and presumably her husband, Septimius Severus (rev). Obverse legend reads -(at least what looks to me like) `IOLA DOMNA CEBIE.ROPOLI.' Reverse: unclear but looks like ...KAI N CEPT.... (?)
