The mintmark of the Lithuanian Mint is impressed on the obverse of the coin. The reverse of the four coins features the coat-of-arms of each resort in the centre, the inscription BIRŠTONAS, DRUSKININKAI, NERINGA or PALANGA above it, and the year of issue 2012 at the bottom. Metal: ring Cu/Al/Ni alloy, the middle part Cu/Ni alloy. Diameter 25.00 mm, Weight 7.50 g. Designed by Giedrius Paulauskis. Mintage 2,500 pcs of proof quality (mirror surface, mat relief). Issued 04.12.2012. The coin was minted at the state enterprise Lithuanian Mint.
