Description:
A complete struck copper alloy Medieval French jetton. It is circular, with a convex obverse. The obverse reads AVE MARIA GRACIAA in Lombardic script; in the field there is a shield with three fleur de lis, with three pellets on either side of the shield. There is a cross patte and a rosette in the obverse legend. The reverse has triple stranded straight cross fleuretty in four arched tressures, with what appears to be a flower with leaves in internal angles with four arched tressure
