KM-28, 1951 British West Africa shilling, heaton mint (H mint mark); tin-brass, seciruty edge; George VI, last type, looks to be a Heaton issue with the weak H mint mark (or it coul;d be the palm tree roots), extra fine or alsmot, possibly old cleaning.
