Comment: I didnt know Commissars spread to Finland! Very interesting coin. Did they issue any banknotes? Id be interested for my Russian civil war collection.

Comment: This was the only NEW issue by the Peoples Commissariat in Finland- coin or banknote. They held control of urban areas in southern Finlnad for only a brief period in 1918.
