½ Penny Conder Token. Another Earl Howe token, muled to the famous anti-French reverse. This may be an early attempt to artificially create a rare token. The edge appears to have been flattened thus making it into a D&H 18a. I suspect it's a plain common D&H 18 however instead of its RR cousin.
