Celebration of the Return of Liberty, Flanders. This was struck by Flanders, one of the shortlived United States of Belgium. The obverse translates roughly as 'The Austrian Yoke thrown off, Liberties of Religion and Fatherland Restored, only to the honour of God, 1789'.
