Another semi-key.This coin has more than double the mintage numbers of the 1903, and is MUCH harder to find! I am still trying to find out why??? FACT: Because the Philippines was/is a very poor country, VERY FEW people collected or saved these coins. FACT: The EXPERTS are saying that these coins are THE most UNDERVALUED in the entire hobby!!
