Another scarce silver jeton, this one being issued for the Solicitors for the Treasury (Procureurs des Comptes)during the time of Louis XIV. obverse, bust of the sun king by Thomas brenet. Reverse, two eagles making their nest on the sea. Pretty weird birds...but then again, so are solicitors! :-)
