The Victorian Era, or its centenary, was the excuse or reason for the issue of a set of 4 gold proof one fifth one 'crowns' by Gibraltar, each commemorating a different event in Queen Victoria's life. Each is also set with a precious gemstone. This one marks the Coronation on 28th June 1838, and is set with an emerald.
