Description:
Republic, Milled Coinage, 8 Reales, 1835 RS (Scarce date). Obverse: Fasces type. Fasces bound with bow and arrow, flanking cornucopia. Reverse: Wreath with banner above; value and mintmarks within. 27.0200 g, 0.8350 Silver, .7253 Oz. ASW. Good EF. Most of these 'Ocho Reales' were sent to the Philippines with counterstamped 'YII', indicates Queen Isabella II ('F 7' counterstamped indicating king Ferdinand VII). Very Rare in this superlative state of preservation.
