Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), Emperor Wan Li (translate: Ten thousand calendars), Temple name: Shen Zong (1573-1619), 2 obverses cash, ND (1573). Bronze. Born Zhu Yijun, he was the Longqing Emperor's son. His rule of 48 years would be the longest in the Ming dynasty and it witnessed the steady decline of the dynasty. The fall of the Ming dynasty was due to Wan Li's mismanagement that led to the demise of the dynasty (Wikipedia). This 2 obverses cash (ancient error) is scarce piece.
