| Sheqel-169.2, IGCMC-26067452 Israel 1979 medal, Jerusalem Rotary Jubilee; 935 silver, 45 mm, 46.3 gr; I.G.C.M.C in English and Hebrew on the edge, as well as STERLING 935 and silver in Hebrew and a serial number 0383, burnished surfaces, uncirculated, commissioned by IGCMC to Kretschmer mint, mintage 1,473, in original box of issue; this medal exibits doubling of the inscription as can be clearly seen; also official data from the IGCMC on the weight lists it as 40, so does Sheqel, but since I have two medals of ~47 grams and the standard weight for the type is 47, I call this a mistake on both of these sources. |
