| Russia 1806 ruble. (copy) There are NO normal rubles minted in 1806, thanks to some political debates on how future coinages of Russian coins should look like. Only various pattern or trial coins were made during this era. This coin features Alexsander I with the typical reverse of the double head eagle. If I was looking for an original, I have to be ready to fork out at least US20,000. :( Maybe some time in the future... |
