Obverse shows King Kanishka standing left, sacrificing at an altar, legend SHAONANOSHAO KANISHKI KOSHANO, which translates as King of Kings, Kanishka the Kushan. Reverse shows moon god facing left extending right hand over a tamgha, legend MAO. All we need to do now is ascertain whether it's genuine or fake! |
