The Ice Hockey was actually staged in Meribel, (we were there! - although we could not get tickets for the final). The Unified Team, consisting of six of the fifteen former Soviet republics, namely Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, and Armenia beat Canada in the final. |
