KM-424, AH1359-61 (1970-72) Egypt pound; silver, reeded edge; 1000'th anniversary of the Al Azhar Mosque commemorative, large Egyptian crown with mintage of 100,000, unusual coin with obverse struck by polished/proof dies and reverse by the regular business die; no proof was reported for this type, so this was probably a trial or a mistake of some sort at the mint, otherwise coin is in GEM uncirculated condition.
