KM-142, South Africa 1991 rand; silver, reeded edge; 100 years of South African nursing schools commemorative, early Protea series, mintage 4,901 (Numista, more relaible source than 13,576 in Krause), it is uncirculated (at least I think so) but proof-like, surfaces are bright but not frosted, light toning.
