KM-46, Israel 1966 5 lirot; proof commemorative of the 17'th anniversary of the declaration of Independence; this is an almost perfect proof with matte tone to the raised elements created by scrubbing of the highly polished surfaces that can be easily seen at very close inspection; this is a normal date variety (not a recut one) that is actually a minority among my samples - only one out of 4 have normal date.
